Die Appartements waren sehr geräumig und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und jedes hatte einen Balkon. Es gibt einen Aufzug und einen großen Parkplatz der kostenfrei zur Verfügung steht. Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht alle Wünsche und Fragen schnell und zur Zufriedenheit zu erfüllen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde in der großen Eingangshalle aufgebaut, da der eigentliche Frühstücksraum derzeit nicht genutzt werden kann. Da hier immer wieder die Eingangstür geöffnet wird hat es doch sehr gezogen und es war etwas kühl.

Das Hotel ist ruhig in der Nähe des Waldbades gelegen. Zu Fuß erreicht man nach ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten den Kurpark von Bad Elster. Das Appartement war geräumig mit einer kleinen Küche.
Wir hatten leider nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche. Das Frühstück ist mit 15€ zu teuer.
