Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und mit wenigen Schritten ist man direkt in der schönen Innenstadt, auch Oberes und Unteres Schloss sowie der sehr schöne Park sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch ist der Ausblick aus den Wohnzimmerfenstern auf die Kirche wunderbar. Obwohl die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße gelegen ist, war sie sehr ruhig.

Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr hätte ein wenig besser sein können, zum Beispiel würden sich Teetrinker über eine Kanne freuen.
