the apartment is exactly as described.very clean and with all the things we needed.very close to Colo Lago station - but no noise!easy access to Lake Como.Leonardo (the host) was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions.

Our host has been extremely friendly and accomodating. He answered all our questions almost immediately. Check in was on time and smooth. They also offered us a welcome gift. The house is very clean. The hosts have everything for you even things that you don't imagine you would need e.g. umbrellas! The flat is fully renovated with brand new appliances and bed linen smell wonderful. The host kindly offered late check out upon our request. I would definitely stay in this property again! Book without hesitation!

Honestly it was such a great stay. Whenever I come back to Como I hope this place is available because from the check in process to the stay It was amazing. Perfect location too
