About this apartment rental
Large open space , comfortable and bright, recently renovated, located in the oldest and most characteristic part of the town, 50 meters away. from the lake, near the pier of the boat with which you can easily reach the most beautiful villages of Lake Como. The kitchenette is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi and television. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of the stay. The apartment is located on the second floor without a lift, in a restricted traffic area with no possibility of loading/unloading by car It remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Great location. Air conditioner in secondary bedroom not connected. It would be nice if there was more supplies, for example: paper towels, coffee for coffee maker, more coffee cups. Overall an excellent experience.

+ tolle Lage, schön renoviert
Alles perfekt, nur zwei geringfügige Nachteile:
- Schlüssel muss weit entfernt abgeholt und zurück gegeben werden.
- Zufahrt mit Auto in den engen Gassen schwierig, man muss ausserhalb parken.

It was a good location to walk outside to main area, but the back of the property outside was noisy with tenants and messy looking. It was hard to find and the going to the 2nd floor were challenging to climb with luggage in hand. No elevator.
The bathrooms were fairly nice and the bedrooms spacious. The kitchen and living room were one and not any towels or dishcloths to clean up the kitchen.
