The Punta Chia Cottage is divided into two areas: an indoor and an outdoor section. The indoor area consists of a living room with a spacious kitchen and a sitting area with a three-seater sofa (convertible into a double bed), a TV, and a hallway. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, and another with bunk beds built into the walls, ideal for children or teenagers. A full bathroom with a tub/shower, a new-generation water heater, and a washing machine. The outdoor area consists of two verandas. A large veranda facing the pool with a seating area, dining area, and dedicated fans to cool the space depending on the weather. A smaller veranda facing the garden, perfect for enjoying a moment of privacy surrounded by the garden and bougainvillea of Borgo Punta Chia.
