This exclusive and very spacious vacation home is located in a central area of Wenningstedt, close to the beach, and offers every comfort for an unforgettable vacation on Sylt. Real wood parquet flooring in the living and bedroom areas, natural stone in the bathrooms, underfloor heating throughout the house, and plenty of windows are the hallmarks of this Frisian-style house.

A spacious entryway with a coat rack and storage area leads you into the bright and modern kitchen and living area. The light gray, high-quality, fully equipped, open-concept country-style kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for hobby chefs. A 5-burner stove, oven, side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, and a bar counter are just a few of the special features. A long solid-wood dining table is the centerpiece of the living area and is perfect for enjoying cozy evenings with family and friends. The comfortable sofa nook, complete with a large TV, fireplace, and a view of the garden, invites you to relax and unwind.

Three double bedrooms with a TV and closet. Another bedroom with a large bunk bed, a closet, and plenty of space to play is ideal for children and teenagers. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and comfortable comforters. The bedrooms can be easily darkened and offer a high level of sleeping comfort.

A bright guest restroom with a window is located on the living level.
Three bright, walk-in shower rooms with rain showerheads, towel warmers, and windows. One of the bathrooms is additionally equipped with a bathtub and adjoins the sauna and a small relaxation area.
