With approximately 200 m² of living space spread over two levels (first floor and attic), this spacious vacation home offers an exceptional amount of room for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. With five comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom, even larger groups will always find plenty of space to feel at home. A separate office also offers the opportunity to work undisturbed or read in peace, even while on vacation.

The separate kitchen is modernly equipped and is perfect for cooking together in the evenings. The heart of the house is the spacious living room with elegant hardwood floors, a large dining table, and a cozy seating area—ideal for social gatherings or quiet evenings. From here, you have direct access to the terrace, which is sheltered from the wind and prying eyes and furnished with patio furniture and its own beach chair—perfect for relaxing moments in the fresh air.

The house impresses with timeless living comfort, high-quality materials, and warm, harmonious colors that immediately convey a sense of coziness.

The location could hardly be better: You’re just 300 meters from the fine-sand beach, and the newly redesigned promenade—with its numerous restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops—is just a short walk of about 600 meters away—ideal for strolling, enjoying yourself, and breathing in the fresh sea air.

On the first floor, in addition to the kitchen and living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed (140 cm wide). Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms as well as a separate office. Several flat-screen TVs, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi throughout the house ensure entertainment and comfort even on rainy days.

For longer stays, a washing machine, ironing board, and hotel safe for your valuables are available. Two private parking spaces are located right next to the house. A small dog is welcome by arrangement and for an additional fee.
