A detached luxury thatched-roof home in a prime location near the beach. With approximately 152 square meters of living space, divided among the first floor, upper floor, and basement, we look forward to pampering up to 7 discerning guests.
Ground Floor:
A smile will spread across your face the moment you step onto the property: nestled in the lovingly landscaped garden, your thatched-roof gem awaits you, with the sound of the nearby sea rustling in the background. The entryway will impress you just as much: solid, naturally heated French limestone slabs caress your feet. Coat closet, guest restroom, shoe storage—there’s plenty of space here for everything, and it all fits perfectly.
The floor plan was meticulously designed by the architect: Your living and dining area is both spacious and open; daylight streams in through the many windows and terrace elements, flooding the large room with a truly cozy atmosphere. Despite this airy spaciousness, the dining, living, and kitchen areas feel like separate spaces. This way, you can enjoy a movie night undisturbed in the cozy couch/TV area by the gas fireplace, while at the impressive dining table you can reflect in peace on the wonderful day at the beach over a fine glass of wine.
