This exceptional frieze half under Reet is completed in early 2018. It is just 150 meters from Wenningstedter main beach. Experience on 200 sqm of exquisite and special luxury! Starting with natural stone floors, over parquet beam ceilings, a black carpenter fitted kitchen with Miele built-in appliances including. Wine fridge. Breakfast is served in the cozy dining area in the kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the living area by an exclusive steel / rung construction. The cozy living room invites you to linger on cool days in front of the open fireplace. In the attic you will find two separate Master Suites, each with their own vestibule and private bathroom, one of them with a luxury bathtub with under lighting. Two other bedrooms are located in the basement, where next to a boiler room and a laundry room and two storage rooms and a spacious sauna is located. Incidentally, we can offer you another holiday home in Wenningstedt, it is set under the number 2010817 on vacation home.

Ocean 18 is a very nice house. Clean and very spacious. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The charging point for our electric car on the property is an added luxury that few other vacation homes have. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Wir haben eine super Woche in diesem schönen Haus mit Freunden verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Strand von Wenningstedt ist in kurzer Distanz fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen - ebenso Bäcker, Fischmann und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gepflegtes und voll ausgestattetes Haus, in dem man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt 😊. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist alles aufeinander abgestimmt eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir können das Haus einfach nur weiter empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall zu Wiederholungstätern!
