No noise pollution although we are in the center! 65m2 tastefully decorated, 1 bedroom with bed 160xx200, built-in wardrobe, dresser, ceiling fan, large window overlooking the terrace,
a living room with two large sofa, smart TV, wifi (A/C and ceiling fan, opening onto open room with American kitchen, large double glazed windows (throughout). fully equipped kitchen overlooking large inner courtyard, sunny all year round, an open office with large table for two people. beautiful hydraulic floor. This is not a tourist apartment. Rental for 4 months (31 days minimum) for people looking to telework, or looking for a longer term accommodation.
