Muy bien ubicado en el barrio de Gracia, que es precioso. Está bien equipado.
Las escaleras de acceso (no hay elevador), son estrechas, no recomendables para maletas grandes o adultos mayores.

il terrazzino senza ombra di dubbio è una delle parti dell’appartamento che ho preferito. Mi è piaciuta anche l’organizzazione degli spazi e la comodità dell’appartamento

Cucina ben fornita con tanta attrezzatura, balconcino, aria condizionata, quarttiere Gracia gremito di attività (bar, supermercati, ristoranti, negozi e tante opzioni gluten free e vegani).
Appartamento con diverse criticità: mancanza di delimitazione netta tra le stanze con poca privacy, alcune prese elettriche rotte o malfunzionanti, lavandino nel bagno minuscolo e scomodo, mancanza di specchi (solo uno piccolo in bagno), apertura delle porte solo tramite app, pochi interruttori per accendere la luce, frigo con componenti rotte, angolo cottura con solo 2 fuochi.
