Cozy top floor very bright apartment with private terrace.
Enjoy the city of Barcelona from this very well appointed three bedroom apartment with private terrace and beautiful sunset views. Barcelona's excellent weather will allow you to enjoy the terrace all year long.

Three bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with lots of natural light. There is one double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, and two single bedrooms.
The living room & dining room also have access to the terrace and have a sofa, a dining table, and a flat screen TV. (Note that the fan in the ceiling in the living room is not working)
Renovated shower (March 2026).
All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Fully equipped and modern kitchen.
One of the apartment's most unique features is its terrace, where you can sip a glass of wine while you watch the sunset, or have breakfast, lunch dinner.
The apartment is a 7th floor with elevator. Internet is provided free of charge
Minutes away from Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, and within the very quaint neighborhood of Gracia, this apartment is surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city by subway (the stop is seconds away) and in 15 minutes you are in Plaza Catalunya (Catalunya Square). Gracia is one of Barcelona's most peculiar districts, with many pedestrian streets and lots of shops, boutique restaurants, etc.... and all within minutes of famous Paseo de Gracia.

A nice apartment in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Barcelona. A quick walk to the Fontana metro stop made it an easy to get anywhere. Lovely views from the porch (especially for the fireworks during Sant Joan). They let me drop off my bags when I arrived early in the day before check-in which was super helpful. The elevator was convenient too. Overall - a great Basecamp for a week in Barcelona.

We enjoyed our stay. The young man who met us at the apartment pointed out the supermarket a block away. Lots of restaurants and markets in the area. Bus and metro close to apartment. Easy walking around. A little information in the apartment about metro stops would have been helpful. We wanted to purchase an Ola card but went to wrong metro stop. Found the right one the day we left. Communication about how to gain access to the apartment was given only a few hours before we arrived. As we were flying from England and had no internet or cell service once we arrived in Barcelona it was hard to communicate. We did sort everything out eventually but a 24 heads up would have helped. These are just comments that may help people in future, it certainly did not distract from our very wonderful stay.

Lovely, spacious, although slightly dated apartment. Very clean with cleaning supplies provided (washing up liquid, cloth etc.). Living room couch quite grubby - could do with a proper clean. Nice location, quiet but with restaurants and supermarkets/shops on same street. Lovely wee cafe just across the road. Metro (Fontana) about 6mins walk. The biggest issue (and what made it feel overpriced) is there is no air-con - I hadn't picked up on this when booking.It was well over 30 degrees (28 at night) the whole time we were there and the ceiling fans really did very little in this heat. The 2 back bedrooms were unusable at night, making paying for a 3 bedroom apartment pointless. Also the ceiling fan in the living room didn't work so we had small, very weak plug-in fans instead.In slightly lower temperatures this probably wouldn't have been such an issue but unfortunately, due to this heatwave, it had a huge impact on our holiday.However, the terrace is a fantastic feature, with access from the living room and main bedroom. Amazing views up to Mount Tibidabo and a lovely space to sit in the evening.
