Cozy top floor very bright apartment with private terrace.
Enjoy the city of Barcelona from this very well appointed three bedroom apartment with private terrace and beautiful sunset views. Barcelona's excellent weather will allow you to enjoy the terrace all year long.

Three bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with lots of natural light. There is one double bedroom with direct access to the terrace, and two single bedrooms.
The living room & dining room also have access to the terrace and have a sofa, a dining table, and a flat screen TV. (Note that the fan in the ceiling in the living room is not working)
Renovated shower (March 2026).
All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Fully equipped and modern kitchen.
One of the apartment's most unique features is its terrace, where you can sip a glass of wine while you watch the sunset, or have breakfast, lunch dinner.
The apartment is a 7th floor with elevator. Internet is provided free of charge
Minutes away from Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia, and within the very quaint neighborhood of Gracia, this apartment is surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. It is also very well connected to the rest of the city by subway (the stop is seconds away) and in 15 minutes you are in Plaza Catalunya (Catalunya Square). Gracia is one of Barcelona's most peculiar districts, with many pedestrian streets and lots of shops, boutique restaurants, etc.... and all within minutes of famous Paseo de Gracia.

We enjoyed our stay. The young man who met us at the apartment pointed out the supermarket a block away. Lots of restaurants and markets in the area. Bus and metro close to apartment. Easy walking around. A little information in the apartment about metro stops would have been helpful. We wanted to purchase an Ola card but went to wrong metro stop. Found the right one the day we left. Communication about how to gain access to the apartment was given only a few hours before we arrived. As we were flying from England and had no internet or cell service once we arrived in Barcelona it was hard to communicate. We did sort everything out eventually but a 24 heads up would have helped. These are just comments that may help people in future, it certainly did not distract from our very wonderful stay.

Great location as it was not too central to Madrid. We were 5 minutes too transit, and another 10 to downtown.

Excellent apartment. Great location- close to many restaurants, a grocery store and the train station. The communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment looks as shown in the pictures. We stayed for 4 nights. It was my husband, myself and 2 grow children. We had plenty of space. I highly recommend.

We stayed 6 nights in this modestly furnished VRBO in January. There was plenty to see and do right out the front door. We feel that this space has a lot of potential if the host were to do some minimal upgrades.PROS:3 bedrooms.View from terrace was amazing. Umbrella provided. Water temp in shower is easily adjustable.Easy check-in and responsive host. Heat worked great.Ceiling fans in bedrooms.Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, dishware, utensils.Close to several metro stations, restaurants, markets, etc.Very walkable. CONS:The shower needs to be replaced. It has no pressure.No bathroom hand towel or wash cloths provided.While there was a coffee maker, no coffee or instructions on how to use it was provided. The beds in the 2 smaller rooms were not comfortable. The mattresses seemed old and were hard. The pillows in the 2 smaller bedrooms are old and need to be replaced.The curtains in the 2 smaller bedrooms need to be washed, they harbored a lot of dust/allergens and hung right over your head when you slept. There were no basic spices (other than salt), sugar, oil, etc in kitchen to cook with. The host could do a better job of explaining where to find taxis in the neighborhood and how to use the metro.
