Calm Apartments

These apartments are fantastic! We stayed here for 7 weeks and the apartment had have everything that you could need to make sure you have a comfortable stay - from weekly cleaning, to a Nespresso coffee machine, to patio furniture and more. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly too. We also loved the area - there are plenty of grocery stores, markets, cafes, restaurants and more surrounding the apartment. A lot of the attractions are walking distance. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.

As a repeat customer all I can say is Calm Apartments has the best customer service and staff. Everyone goes out of their way to assist and accommodate you. Jasper has been nothing but a gem every time we stay. I appreciate the location, the rooms and the staffing.

La atención es muy buena, atenta y personalizada. El edificio es seguro, de calidad y está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Barcelona. Caminando o en metro se llega fácilmente a todas partes. El wifi funciona perfectamente bien para poder trabajar, el departamento está muy bien equipado y el aire acondicionado es muy bueno. Es similar a hospedarse en un hotel. Además, realizan una limpieza semanal que está incluida. (La fianza que me pidieron fue devuelta correctamente durante la semana posterior a mi check out)

- El baño no tenía ventilación, pero el departamento tenía un balcón con una gran ventana por lo que había formas de ventilar la habitación completa. - En la habitación hay una cámara que al llegar te ofrecen cubrirla y te explican que se encuentra ahí por motivos de seguridad. Si alguien ingresara forzando la puerta, esa cámara se activa. Yo la cubría mientras estaba en el departamento y no hubo problemas, pero a veces olvidé hacerlo y me sentí incómoda preguntándome a dónde irán esas grabaciones. - Te piden una fianza de 1000 euros.
