About this apartment rental
Accessibility - 3 floors above street level. Elevator (10 steps to elevator)
Apartment description - 2 bedroom newly remodeled apartment with 1 bathroom. One full bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. Complete kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with 135 x 200 cm bed. 2nd bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190cm).
Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.
For maximum comfort this apartment has central air conditioning and heating.
Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.
Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.
Noise levels - The apartment faces away from the street, into an ample interior courtyard.
Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people. It can sleep up to 6.
Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

Overall, it was an excellent stay for us! We highly recommend this apartment. We stayed for 8 days for the New Year and we had a great time in this apartment. The place is clean and nicely decorated. All you need like laundry, kitchen, bathroom needs are complete. The staff was easy to communicate. Thank you so much. We had a excellent stay in Barcelona.

The apartment looked cute and was clean. The bathroom was TINY but had great water pressure and hot/cold water. The kitchen was bare bones. This is the virst VRBO that we have stayed in in Europe that did not have a Nespresso with coffee provided. It just had a janky old fashioned glass carafe maker and no coffee provided. Maybe I was spoiled but I came to expect it.The twin beds were glorified cots. Very squeaky and rather unpleasant. The walls seemed concrete but you could hear the conversations of your neighbors and, as other reviewers stated, the elevator was loud and right next to one bedroom. There wasn't a lot of noise after 11, but before that and earlier than I would have liked in the morning...The rooftop veranda was only open until 8 - so we were unable to enjoy it as we never got back before 8. The sun does not set in summer until after 930 so it was disappointing that we could not use it. There were nice spanish flourishes which gave an authentic feel and the location was good - very close to a metro line, great shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Overall, very good experience - we loved Barcelona - i would recommend this property with caveats.
