Description of the apartment -
· This quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is on the 5th floor of an 100-year-old modernist building. The floors are still the original colorful mosaic (a different design in every room), and the ceilings are 9 feet high. There is an elevator, air conditioning, central heating, and a full kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, etc.
The building has a roof terrace, with tables and chairs, plenty of sunshine, and views to Sagrada Familia. Please note it is a shared terrace.
Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.
For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning, with vents in all of the bedrooms, and in the living and dining room.
Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.
Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.
Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.
Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 4 people. It can sleep up to 4.
Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

We booked this charming VRBO for my wife, myself, and another couple as the perfect home base for our Barcelona adventure. We were supposed to catch a connecting flight together in DC, but my wife and I were delayed for about eight hours due to severe weather in Atlanta. The owners were incredibly understanding and accommodating—they graciously allowed our friends to store their luggage and check in early while they waited for us. Liliana went above and beyond to take care of our travel companions, which instantly eased my stress (especially since the booking was in my name). Their kindness turned a potentially chaotic situation into a smooth and welcoming experience.The location is absolutely fantastic—nestled in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood packed with excellent restaurants, lively bars, and iconic sights. Sagrada Família is just three short blocks away, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The apartment itself is in a stunning, historic older building that blends classic European elegance with modern comforts. It was impeccably clean, thoughtfully laid out with a spacious and inviting design, and perfectly suited for our group of four. We absolutely loved the bright, comfortable interiors, the convenient amenities, and the overall warmth of the space.This VRBO exceeded every expectation thanks to its unbeatable location, beautiful surroundings, and the truly fantastic owners who are masters at handling unexpected travel emergencies. 10 out of 10 stars!

Beautiful, charming apartment in the heart of the neighborhood. This was exactly what we were looking for. Just a couple blocks from the metro station makes it extremely convenient.
