This was a great find for our group of 5 which was originally planned for 8. We had plenty of room. The home was clean and everything was in good working order. Our coffee machine gave up half way through our stay but it was quickly replaced. We were able to walk to Sagrada Familia within a few minutes and the main shopping area in a few more. There is a bakery and empanada shop at the corner of the block-very close! Great place for home base to explore Barcelona!

We booked this as a last minute resolution to a property we had booked for twice the price that turned out to be awful and we had to get out quick...
Grace 2 was really cool, it's an older property but it had lots of character, was very spacious and well equipped.
The only negative was the road outside is very busy, noisy and the front bedroom opens on to that but my colleague that stayed in that room said it was fine.
I have still given 5 starts and I would visit again, it is really good value for money and in a fairly central location.

Be warned they do not book VIA VRBO so your rental may not be protected the same way.
It’s an OK apartment.could have spent a little more on furnishings. It seems like the bare min effort put in but servely lacking character and vibes.
