About this apartment rental
Accessibility - 6 floors above street level. Elevator (10 steps to elevator)
Apartment description - 2 bedroom newly remodeled apartment with 1 bathroom. One full bathroom, with shower, toilet, sink. Complete kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator. Master bedroom with 140 x 200 cm bed. 2nd bedroom has one single bed (90 x 190cm). Dining area facing South. Futon in dining area with slide-under extra-bed (2x 180x80cm)
Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.
For maximum comfort this apartment is centrally air-conditioned and has central gas heating as well.
Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.
Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.
Noise levels - The apartment faces away from the street, into an ample interior courtyard.
Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 3 people. It can sleep up to 5.
Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the unit is located in an ideal location within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants/cafes. We especially liked the sunlit dining area and the convenience of having a washing machine in the unit. (Just give yourself lots of time to do laundry and do small loads only.) Thank you for the lovely stay!

Well located, comfortable apartment that was generally quiet except for the 2nd bedroom which shared common airspace with noisy neighbours. The large solarium looked out on a huge courtyard surrounded by several hundred apartments but was quiet. The drying cycle of the washer\dryer, one machine, hardly dried clothes after 3 hours. Drying clothes on the clothes lines outside the windows was a good alternative The beds were comfortable as was the sofa. Most of the attractions were within a 25 minutes walk, some just 10 minutes away. Close to small supermarkets, and many eateries.

Great area for exploring Gaudi landmarks! Lots to see in this area. The apartment is just what you need! Kitchen, laundry, and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time on Carrer de Valencia!

We really enjoyed our time in Barcelona, The flat was spacious, the bed comfortable and we liked the central location and the ease of getting around the city. Very frugal from an amenities standpoint. Would have been nice to have shower gel, soap, bottled water, maybe- the personal touch.
We never saw the owner or manager.
As to the property itself, could use a good updating.
BUT the WiFi is terrible. Do not expect to stay logged on for any length of time. Really frustrating; from routine google searches to email, to Facebook. It’s slow and unreliable.
