Loft in Gracià with terrace

This apartment was large and comfortable with every thing need for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights total, and unfortunately I cannot say were too impressed. Check-in details were quite vague, and did not direct us in the right directions, which led to us accidentally trying to access an occupied apartment, scaring us and the spanish lady inside just the same. Once we were into the correct apartment, we were not very impressed by the amenities provided. The couch was broken and dipped to one side, and there was no dishwasher which would have been fine, except for the fact that there was no drying rack or place to actually set dishes. In addition to this, there were no kitchen towels, no soap in the bathroom, and when we went through the one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, we were told that "you have to buy it by your own, we let the first one as courtesy". What kind of a place cant provide a few extra rolls of tp? It just felt cheap and corporatized, prioritizing cost savings over providing a good experience to guests.
