Guests are also responsible for picking up waste after their dogs around the front and the back of the house. If the guest fails to do so they will be charged an additional 25$ as an additional cleaning expense. Any damages within the home incurred by the pet will also be charged accordingly.

Unclean bedsheets, bath towels, or any other unclean items.
We understand that cleanliness is subjective. We cannot address minute details, and therefore, no refunds will be made for cleanliness issues. However, we offer access to a laundry machine for re-washing.
In the rare event that the house is not clean at all from the previous guest, causing booking problems, or any unusual circumstance, we will fully refund your cleaning fee.

Everything was great for our family and access to the mountains. Only complaint was it was a bit cold and some areas needed some repair but we weren’t in the house that much so it wasn’t much of an issue.

We truly enjoyed our stay. There were 13 of us and we fit comfortably in this home. We liked the arcade room, and the fire pit area. The property was secluded yet conveniently located to many amenities. The only thing we did not like about the home was that there was a strong smell that was masking some moisture smell in the rec room that only a couple of our group were able to stand to sleep there, it wasn’t clear from the listing that two of the rooms were located in this basement so the use of the rec room was somewhat limited to whenever there were people sleeping there. The kitchen was missing some essentials (like a cheese grater), and it was not clear that the home had two guest passes available, which would have been nice to know before we purchased temporary passes. The amenities were nice, but the lake beaches were a bit small and crowded, so we ended up using the pools most of the time.
Overall, I think the home was great but the value for the cost was a bit high, understandably because it was 4th of July weekend but would not pay that much again.
The landlord was very responsive although sometimes instructions were a bit fuzzy on how to operate things or find things around the home, they were helpful and accommodating! Thank you for a nice stay

The property is the same as the pictures showing! Very comfortable for a group including kids. Have a lot of play machine for the kids. I recommended I love the places, and the communication was very good if any happen they resolve fast. I will go back again

Communication with owner was not great, and he didn’t have the right dates down for our arrival. Trash was over pouring under the deck outside and broken glass was all over the grass, I don’t think any inspection is done before people arrive. The house did not have the best kitchen supplies to cook and host with. Bedrooms had hanging outlet boxes in the bunk room and some others. Not worth the price paid for the 2 night stay.
