Apartment with a balcony for 2–4 people on the southwest side of the building on the second floor.
The apartment is approximately 63 m² and features a living room/bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, a separate small kitchen with 2 stovetops, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as a separate bedroom with another double bed.
Enjoy your vacation with us and take in the stunning views of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains! Our comfortably furnished vacation apartments range in size from 53 to 63 m², are located on a quiet, sunny hillside, and feature a south-facing balcony or terrace. The center of Millstatt is a 10- to 15-minute walk away. Thanks to its direct connection to the trail network, our house is an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and bike rides.
On-site costs: Our fully equipped apartments are ideal for a couple’s vacation, but some can also accommodate up to four people. The price includes the Millstätter See Inclusive Card. For breakfast, the Hattenberger Bakery in Spittal delivers fresh pastries during the summer months. We have plenty of parking spaces, four of which are in the carport right next to the entrance. Generally, parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like a guaranteed parking spot in the carport for the duration of your stay, this is available subject to availability for a reservation fee of €2 per day. Guests with special needs may, of course, park in the carport free of charge. There is a secure storage area for bicycles. Laundry facilities are available upon request. If you travel by train in an eco-friendly manner, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the room rate! Thanks to our “Nock-Mobil,” you can get from the train station to the house at a reasonable price and travel comfortably and safely to the lake, the mountain, or other destinations during your vacation. Since there’s a beautiful wooded area right behind our house, your four-legged friend will also enjoy a vacation with us! We charge a one-time fee of €30 per pet.
