Apartment No. 4 with Balcony and Lake View This comfortable 50 m² apartment for 2–4 people consists of a living/bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable seating area, flat-screen satellite TV, a children’s room with bunk beds, a shower/toilet, an entryway with a well-equipped kitchenette, and a large balcony with seating and sun loungers from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the green mountains, Millstatt Abbey, and the lake. Dishes, a coffee maker, all linens, towels, a hair dryer, a safe, a CD radio, and free Wi-Fi are provided. Electricity charged based on usage

Our family-friendly building is located in the historic center of Millstatt, in a quiet and sunny spot—just a four-minute walk from the beach, which is free for our guests.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shops, a bakery, restaurants, water sports facilities, tennis courts, and biking and hiking trails.
Our building offers four comfortable vacation apartments, and thanks to its central location, it’s the ideal starting point for activities on the lake and in the surrounding Nockberge Mountains.
A 500 m² garden with a gazebo, grill, playground, trampoline, table tennis, and a spacious lawn invites you to relax and play. In addition, a 50 m² game room with a pool table, foosball, darts, and plenty of games and books for all ages is available.
A reserved carport right in front of the house, as well as a storage room or storage space for bicycles, round out our offerings.
A special highlight are our large, covered balconies, where you can enjoy your meals in a unique atmosphere—with a breathtaking view of Millstatt Abbey, the beautiful mountain landscape, and the lake.
Included in the price is the Millstättersee Inclusivecard, which offers numerous benefits: free access to all beach resorts around the lake, the indoor pool in Spittal, the three toll roads, lake crossings, free use of the Carinthian S-Bahn, sports and family programs, and many other vacation attractions.
