The vacation rental was newly built in 2019 and measures 89 m².
The apartment is comfortably furnished and features two double bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, an entryway with a coat closet, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Upon request, the sofa bed in the living room can also be reserved for a fifth person.
The apartment is wheelchair accessible.
The bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer, a hair dryer, and a mirror with adjustable lighting levels. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, and a ceramic cooktop.
In addition to cookware, a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave are provided.
Dishes, cutlery, and various glasses for 6 people are provided.
In addition to a double bed, the bedrooms feature a 3-door wardrobe with drawers.
Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the price.
Parking spaces and a garage are located right next to the property.



Our two houses underwent complete renovations in 2019 and 2022, and three fully furnished vacation apartments were created as part of the renovation.

We are happy to provide you with a lockable garage for motorcycles or bicycles free of charge; you will receive the access code upon arrival.
The beach and bathhouse are a 3- to 5-minute walk away; there is a grocery store with a small bakery along the way.
All attractions—including restaurants, boat rentals, the tourist office, museums, and exhibitions—are also within a 5–10-minute walk.



Check-in is available from 2:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
