The 67m² apartment impresses with an optimal room layout. The centerpiece is the large living / dining room. Furthermore, the apartment has an extra kitchen with a new fitted kitchen and electrical appliances, a bedroom, two anterooms, living room with pull-out couch, a bathroom with toilet and a guest toilet.
It also has an approximately 20 m² large, south-facing balcony, from which there is an impressive view of Lake Millstatt and the mountain ranges in the distance. If you want, it is great to take your daily meals and you can enjoy the beautiful view over Lake Millstatt. You can also use a 14 m² cellar compartment where you can park bicycles or other items.
The apartment is in a central and sunny location above Millstatt. The place Millstatt offers various Shops, very good restaurants, bank, doctors, pharmacy etc. The lake shore of Lake Millstatt as well as the public bathing establishment including natural bathing beach and the newly built "Badehaus Millstatt" are located next to it, just 5 minutes away on foot. There is also a large grocery store, the pyramid coffee, 6 tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, etc.! For golfers, the 18-hole golf course Millstätter See is only 10 minutes away. There is a beautiful bike path and walkway along the lake where you can also ride rollerblades. Not far away, above Millstatt, there is a very nice and cozy tavern with good food and a sensational view of Lake Millstatt. The area is also ideal for hiking and mountain bikers. For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski areas Bad Kleinkirchheim, Katschberg and Gerlitzen can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. They are among the most beautiful and most family-friendly ski areas in Austria. Due to the proximity to Italy, day trips are possible at any time.
