Apartment for 2–3 people with a balcony on the 1st floor on the southwest side of the building.
The apartment is approximately 63 m² and features a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet.
Enjoy your vacation with us and take in the breathtaking view of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains! Our comfortably furnished vacation apartments range in size from 53 to 63 m², are located on a quiet, sunny hillside, and feature a south-facing balcony or terrace. The center of Millstatt is a 10- to 15-minute walk away. Thanks to its direct connection to the trail network, our house is an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and bike rides.
On-site costs: Our fully equipped apartments are ideal for a couple’s vacation, but some can also accommodate up to four people. The price includes the Millstätter See Inclusive Card. For breakfast, the Hattenberger Bakery in Spittal delivers fresh pastries during the summer months. We have ample parking, including four spots in the carport right next to the entrance. Generally, parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like a guaranteed parking spot in the carport for the duration of your stay, this is possible—subject to availability—for a reservation fee of €2 per day. Guests with special needs may, of course, park in the carport free of charge. There is a secure storage area for bicycles. Laundry facilities are available upon request. If you travel by train to be environmentally friendly, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the room rate! Thanks to our “Nock-Mobil,” you can get from the train station to the house at a reasonable price and also travel comfortably and safely to the lake, the mountain, or other destinations during your vacation. Since there’s a beautiful wooded area right behind our house, your four-legged friend will also enjoy a vacation with us! We charge a one-time fee of €30 per pet.
