Black Pearl is an inviting 9-bedroom, 9 and a half-bathroom coastal retreat set within Destin’s Crystal Beach community. Designed to accommodate up to 22 guests, the home features a bright, contemporary interior with generous living spaces and comfortable bedroom suites. Inside, the open-concept main level offers a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining room perfect for shared meals. Seven king suites and two dedicated bunk rooms ensure comfort and privacy for every guest, while wet bar café areas on the second and third floors add extra convenience. A second-floor game room with arcade games, air hockey, and foosball provides a fun gathering space for everyone.

Outdoors, the private pool and attached spa create a relaxing backdrop for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully stocked to make meals for large families. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, blender, and all the usual utensils and cookware. The island will also provide extra seating.

Dining Room: The dining room is part of the open concept design with a beautiful table with plenty of seating.

Living Room: This very spacious living room is also part of the open floor concept. It is full of natural light and the perfect place to watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch HD flat screen.

Laundry: Includes 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the bathroom linens stored here.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: It includes a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a glassed-in shower.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 6 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
