Villa Tre Tri is a detached villa in a rural setting, located just outside the historic royal village of Trebesin. Set on a 400 m² lot, after parking in the on-site parking lot (which accommodates 3 cars), you’ll find three bedrooms on the first floor, each featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, a table, and air conditioning. A bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, as well as a shower room with a toilet, are also located on the first floor. On the first floor, you’ll find a living, kitchen, and dining area measuring approximately 75 m², a toilet, and a terrace of approximately 7 m² with an unobstructed view of the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. This floor features a TV and Wi-Fi internet access.
The flat roof features a party terrace offering magnificent views in all directions. Right next to the house on the ocean side, you’ll find a swimming pool equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The entire property is managed by our guests—the homeowners do not live in the house but maintain it themselves.
If you’re traveling by plane, you can choose between two airports: Tivat in Montenegro or Dubrovnik in neighboring Croatia. Both are about a 40-minute drive from the house, depending on traffic. The nearest beaches are just a few minutes away by car or about a 35-minute walk. Along this route to the sea, you’ll find small grocery stores, bars, and cafes.
