This oceanfront condo is the best beach getaway!!
La Playa is a quiet, private and peaceful 7 story building, directly on the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk/ocean. This condo is a 1 bed, 1 bath, with amazing oceanfront views, located right on Hollywood Boardwalk. It has an unobstructed ocean view, and you can hear the relaxing sound of waves clearly from your living room and private balcony! It has an oceanfront pool and direct beach access! It is a perfect location that stays very quiet, but is steps away from the heart of the action near Margaritaville Resort. You are steps away from many waterfront restaurants on the ocean and intercostal, locally owned shops and stores, fun bike rentals, and the water taxi that goes to Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale! You will not be disappointed with this condo.
-Upon booking, you will be asked for the best e-mail to reach you and you will be contacted via e-mail to sign a vacation rental agreement and to send a copy of your Driver's License
-Go to www.HollywoodFL.org to read the City of Hollywood Ordinances. Booking this unit is acknowledgement that you've read & agree to these ordinances. There will also be a copy of the City of Hollywood, FL Ordinances located in the unit for your review, as well. Lastly, in the vacation rental agreement you will sign, will include a statement that you must acknowledge that you have read and agree to these ordinances.
-All information about accessing the unit and parking will be provided in an e-mail prior to your arrival
-This unit is on the 4th floor accessible by an elevator and stairwells
-A washer and dryer is available for your use, located on the first floor. The washer and dryer operate for a small fee and can be paid for by a debit/credit card.
-CITY ORDINANCE 100.02: UNREASONABLY LOUD NOISE IS PROHIBITED
-the provided parking space is tight, and no bigger than a mid size SUV is allowed. No Trucks or Large SUVs (like a suburban). The vehicle cannot be more than 176 inches long.

Darlene is an amazing host. She answers quickly when you reach out. Her place is clean, there is a lot of storage and the private balcony is amazing.

The pictures are spot on and Darlene was a wonderful property manager. She answered any and all questions we had right away and gave us great recommendations. Her place is in a wonderful spot and was absolutely perfect for us. She had all the amenities we needed for the beach and her stretch of the beach was absolutely wonderful!! We could walk in either direction for tiki bars or food.. which was great because we were without a car and Uber’s anyplace else we wanted to go. We highly recommend this condo and if we visit again, we would choose to stay right there! Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise with us Darlene!! We were very comfortable. Fantastic oceanfront property with a kitten stocked with supplies. Convenient location to many shops and restaurant options. We enjoyed the broadwalk and live music at the bandshell. Great communication with Darlene.
