Newly renovated, this 1940 nostalgic setting has a 2nd Story Ocean View from every room, with a balcony that faces the east. In the winter you can leave your windows open all night and feel the balmy breezes and hear the palm trees rustle. The unique setting of this property is the best location for access to the famous Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and includes your own dedicated and included parking spot. Being on the second floor gives you privacy and an escape that makes for a personal retreat. Sleeps 2 + 2 kids on two queen beds, one is a queen Murphy bed in the living room and the other is a queen Perfect Sleeper in the bedroom. Two Smart TVs for streaming and local channels, Wireless Internet, Radio/DVD player, plus a stacked washer and dryer & dishwasher your dedicated parking space and huge heated pool with barbecue. Kalyn is an excellent host. VERY responsive each time I had a question before and during our stay. The location is fantastic! The pool was extremely clean. The Broadwalk is great with shops, restaurants, bars, and live music all within 1/2 mile. We will stay here again. The view from inside this condo and on the balcony made me happy every time I looked at the ocean and the people. The area is great and active but quiet at night

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay during our April vacation. The proximity to the boardwalk, beach, pool, and restaurants couldn't be beat. We loved having our coffee each morning on the small balcony and spending our afternoons at the pristine pool. The free parking space was a huge bonus as well. We were a little worried that noise would be an issue being so close to the night life of the boardwalk, but it wasn't a problem at all. The condo itself is small and well-loved, but we spent most of our time out exploring. It really was ideal for what we needed with 2 small children - everyone's needs were accommodated and the hosts were SO gracious and helpful. We met lovely neighbors and wish we could have stayed for a month! Will definitely be back.

Location is perfect a few steps to the broadwalk and the beach. Kind of in the middle of the action. Still a very quiet spot. Very clean. Kalyn was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The pool was clean and relaxing. Overall worth the money and a great place to stay.

The 1bedroom apt was across the street from a lovely beach. The apt is NOT meant for 4 adults but rather for two adults and two children under 10 to fit comfortably.
Unable to enjoy the ocean breeze and cool temps at night with the reviving of engines from drag racing on adjacent Main Street and squealing tires of cars leaving public garage across the street from apt.
Never met owner but he was very responsive to text communications.
