The exit

Very low budget, bed slats came off when we put the bags on the bed, mattress is cheap and uncomfortable, heater covered by sofa as it isnt fixed to wall. In our stay the hot water stopped working, we couldnt go out to eat, partner couldnt shower after work or sleep as had to wait for repairs which went into the evening, by the time it was fixed we just went to sleep after a shower and ran behind the next morning. Asked for late check out considering the situation, had to chase for a response and was told no because the next guests are more important. Disgusting customer service. Shower room needed cleaning before use, all plates/cutlery was sticky and needed cleaning before use. The other Occupants smoking weed in the building, misleading information as no washer dryer just a washer so partner went to work in dirt clothes (construction worker) wernt even clothes airers to hang clothes uo if i chose to. FREEZING as heater turns off every hour and the place is built up of windows. Parking where suggested is for 4hours ONLY unless you have a blue badge your in for a surprise in the cost of parking. What shocked us the most is how the owners did not care how bad of an experience we had, the hot water unit is no fault of ours yet our whole stay was ruined due to it and we couldnt at the very least have a late check out just to catch up on their faults that delayed us massivley. It really is disgusting service for a low budget place.

The location couldn’t be better. The space, distribution of the flat is fantastic! The problem is the very poor standard of hygiene! I had to make my own duvet with what I could find and very probably they were not washed :( The TV didn’t worked, I had to call to get the WiFi password, even tho the TV required antena or something else. Obviously it wasn’t very needed, but it was a negative point for a great place. Also, there were not toilet paper… I could have bring from home, but obviously I wasn’t expecting to find a rented place without toilet paper!

More welcoming message from owner, less insistence on extra payment if we arrived before 3 pm. INstruction manual for wifi etc invisible on top of a kitchen cupboard. No normal TV (only Netflix apparently). No curtain over huge stained glass window. Washing machine left full of wet contents …

Bad night sleep due to smell of strong smell of bedding as I have copd strong smell like comfort or other products effect me so didn’t get much sleep Very little toliet roll .Sugar had bits in it so couldn’t have sugar.Iron could not use or it would have burnt my clothes as has mark on it.no bin liner in bin in bathroom also no where to put hand clothes while having a shower also very squeaky bed

The noise from flat below and the smell of weed at 3am, did inform owner, who said they had spoken to owner about this and if this continues they would inform police, not want I wanted for my stay in Cambridge

2 nights at the Immaculate Studio

The studio is in a very good position, close enough to the city center and to the train station too. It had all the necessary features for a very comfortable staying.

Very minor comment: the bathroom could benefit from the addition of some hangers, to store the towels and help keeping the room tidy

Niet schoon. Vlekken op kussens, geen hand- en theedoek keuken. Servies vies. Geen mogelijkheid ophangen jas en handdoeken. Schimmel in badkamer. Stank in hal. Rommelig, overal slingert wat rond.
