Superb location for Keswick and the surrounding area. A private lovely apartment, great parking and a pleasant walk to Keswick. Also excellent location for walks from the apartment to local mountains Skiddaw and high seat …

Bed would benefit from a good quality mattress topper and selection of pillows would be ideal. Overall we had a very comfortable stay thanks 🙏🏼

Great appartment

Beautiful appartment with a great location. About 15 minute walk into the centre

Everything was great. The only thing I'd say that I would have thought there would have been bathroom accessories like shower gel.

An ideal base for a holiday in the Lake District.

Everything was as advertised - Steve and Ashley were very welcoming hosts. There was very good storage, a lovely shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The facilities were excellent

Enchanting Ashbrooke Apartment

It is a lovely converted old vicarage, with beautifully decorated apartments and set in stunning grounds with its visiting bunnies. Just on the outskirts of Keswick. The apartment is well equipped for your every need with gorgeous furnishings. We can't recommend it highly enough. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Which was a lovely touch.

Fantastic stay. Would love to return soon

Beautiful apartment, lovely furnishings and everything we needed was provided. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and a nice touch. Nice quiet location, stunning garden, ample parking and only a 10 minute stroll into Keswick centre. The owners were lovely and happy to take the time to speak to us and advise on places to go and things of interest.

A Superb Apartment

Ashley & Steve are wonderful hosts. We were welcomed upon arrival. We were a little early, but it wasn't a problem. Our apartment was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location which is a gentle 10min stroll from Keswick centre, so is very peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. We would definitely stay at the Lairbeck again and can highly recommend it.

Very spacious, clean, well provisioned apartment. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed and living area. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Close enough to walk in to town. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

Perfect stay, felt like home.

Property was exceptionally clean, cosy and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Hosts were warm and welcoming, communication throughout was fantastic. The welcome pack they provided was very useful as well as the local travel guides. Location was great for us as it was close to a supermarket and petrol station. Easy driving access to the north and central Lakes.

Perfect home away from home in the Lakes

The apartment was perfectly located with great access to Keswick and many hike routes. It was beautifully decorated and furnished, immaculate, and offered a real home away from home experience. The hosts were thoughtful and accommodating. Really couldn't recommend this more, look forward to returning sometime!

Absolutely perfect - a beautiful house with gorgeous apartments in a fabulous location.

We loved everything about this beautiful apartment. It is elegant , spotlessly clean and warm and the hosts are extremely welcoming and efficient. It has everything - five star comfort in a pretty, convenient and peaceful location. We strolled into town in minutes and there is an excellent pub at the end of the road, serving great food. We will 100% be re booking. Thank you 🤩 🙏
