Great location, just a short walk from the town centre, but far enough for some peace and quiet. The apartment was immaculate with beautiful views.

Very clean, spacious and stylish apartment.

Great size apartment - spacious. Very clean, plenty of storage space, and great to have onsite parking. Very comfy bed and superb shower. Great attention to detail with the interior decorating.

Very limited crockery (oven roasting dishes, serving spoons, no potato peeler ) and saucepans rather small for cooking. We book self-catering so we can enjoy the freedom to eat in. Very large trampoline just outside our bedroom window - daughter of the owners had friends round for a sleepover ( which is fair enough- its her home) so we had four young teenage girls playing on the trampoline til it went dark. Had to keep the curtain shut at that window for privacy. The trampoline was an eyesore form most of the windows in the apartment, and not as advertised or described, and was a disappointment as it affected our stay in the apartment and spoilt our enjoyment of the garden. This is a family home with apartments on site.

Lairbeck is conveniently located on the fringe of Keswick and a short walk from the centre, with nice views of the surrounding fells. Our apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

Great location, well furnished in a peaceful setting, with good vehicle access/ exit. Facilities provided and communication with the hosts were excellent. A crockery draining board / rack and a few tea towels would have been handy, but I am sure they would have been supplied if we had asked.

Short break February

The apartment was lovely, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It's a 5 minute walk into the town and a beautiful view of the hills. The owners were easily available if needed. Very relaxing and comfortable after a long day of walking 😂

Would have preferred the bathroom wasn't located in the bedroom however that's just me, not anything that actually impacts the high quality of the apartment.

The pictures don't do it justice for how stunning this apartment is. Views are amazing. The rooms are designed and decorated beautifully. It had everything you needed. Only a 10 minute walk from town. There was nothing that could be improved!

Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful and comfortable apartment.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it was beautifully decorated and in a quiet location but close enough to easily walk into the town centre. The hosts made us feel very welcome, and the bottle of Prosecco we found on arrival was a nice touch and much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return.
