Littlethwaite is located just on the outskirts of Keswick in an area called Thrushwood, a small hamlet of only nine properties but within easy walking distance to all of Keswick’s amenities. It is a lovely spacious detached house with a mature three tiered lawned garden with excellent views onto the Borrowdale and Newlands Valleys. The property is a stylish and comfortable holiday home for couples or a family in any season. The house is in an enviable south facing position with panoramic views of the nearby mountain peaks from the sunny garden, living room and main bedroom. There are also some excellent walks or cycle routes straight from the door including the high tops of the Skiddaw range or a good ramble takes you to the summit of Latrigg.
The ground floor houses all but one of the many rooms in Littlethwaite. There are two bedrooms, one super king with exceptional panoramic views, and a twin room. There is a large family bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and basin, plus a separate shower room with toilet and basin. There is also a separate toilet near the main entrance. This floor also has the kitchen/dining room with an excellent range of units and appliances and a dining table. You have a games room adjacent to the kitchen with pool table that could also be made into a dining table, TV with games console plus a selection of board games.
