有微波爐可以熱食物。有餐具碗盤鍋子。冰箱有冷藏和冷凍。浴室的蓮蓬頭水壓大很舒服。有洗衣機可以洗衣服。有衣架10個和曬襪子架，有小陽台可以曬衣服。我們5大三小，房東幫我們多鋪一張單人床👍有洗髮精潤髮乳沐浴乳（自備洗面乳）。床的寬度140公分。
一點點小缺點： 其中一張床翻身有一點聲音。 沖澡間有一點小，只能一個成人進入。 離大塚站有點距離。 不過這些並不影響入住的舒適性。
