La proximité du centre de Montpellier
Le côté peu pratique du velux de la chambre....le voisin a très vite manifesté son mécontentement,lorsque nous avons essayé de rafraîchir la pièce en soirée..Ce serait utile de climatiser les lieux. Le lave vaisselle qui ne séchait pas . Le manque évident de couverts ...nous obligeant à les laver après chaque utilisation. De plus il y a une légère odeur d'humidité..par moment
