Very calm and luxurious residence with big swimming pool.
15 min walk from the escutcheon, 5 min walk from the tramway (Boutonnet stop, line 1) 25 minutes from the beaches by car (small crossing, Carnon, Palavas, La Grande Motte, Villeneuve Maguelone ...)

Apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. The host was very easy to make arrangements with and very friendly and helpful with showing us around the apartment. The location was perfect for us, able to walk into city centre and near tram lines while staying in a quiet residential area. Views from the rooftop are stunning. Altogether my family had a very enjoyable stay.

Ce fut très sympas malgré quelques petits désagréments, comme la place de parking qui passe 22h vous oblige à vous garer a l'extérieur, le frigo qui s'est mit a s'ecouler et que nous avons du nettoyer au second jour, les occupants precedents qui ont casse le lit et tâche les canapés et bouche la douche.
Mais cela n'incombe pas au propriétaire mais au manque de civisme de certains locataires.
Sinon chouette appartement bien positionné
