Clean and spacious and quiet

The lift sometimes not working.

We had a wonderful stay at St Pietro Elvira's Retro Apartment. The apartment is incredibly cozy and comfortable, in a fantastic location just steps from Vatican City (literally). One of the things we loved most was how easy it was to explore Rome on foot, as most of the city's main attractions were within a 30-minute walk. The apartment itself is beautiful, with large windows that fill the space with natural light throughout the day, making it feel even more warm and inviting. It was also very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mariella, a lovely host, send us plenty of info and recommendations, and was always happy to assist in anything we needed. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on a future trip to Rome. Highly recommended!

The apartment is pleasant.

The property owner was 1 hour late to meet me with the keys. The property owners manage the heating system remotely and the tenant has no control over the temperature. No garbage was collected, nor were towels refreshed over the space of 8 days.
