The host is very nice and hospitable. He is available to answer any question at any time. The apartment is well designed and facilities are kind of new because they take care of it.
Maybe the area is not the best one. They tried to steal my car without succeeding. If you don't find a parking inside the residence of the host, you might be at risk, but otherwise it is safe.
