Very quiet location. Space for a family of 5. Walking distance to the Vatican, easy to get to ice cream shops, restaurants and a bit longer of a walk to the grocery store but we did that too. Would stay again.
Didn't like that there was a deposit due at check-in. It was only notified to us before we stayed but not during the booking stage.

Owner was nice
the place was OK, however we paid a large fee for showing up late. We did not have control over showing up late and should not have had to pay the penalty
