Great location near the train station and Vatican. Elevator was very helpful

2nd bathroom was a bit small but functional for what you need

The manager of property was efficient and helpful.

We had 6 people. 2 double beds fine for 2 married couples. required 2 single beds for brother and sister travelling with us. The beds were there but no linen for the single bed. Just for the sleeper couch. When we asked for linen a couple of times it was conveyed to us that it would be an extra E40 Euro. She slept with no linen on bed for entire stay. I would add that the photo's depicted on Booking's web site appear to be enhanced. The furniture was not as it appeared in photos and a lot of color was added in the photo that isn't there. I use Bookings exclusively because I've never had a bad experience around the world. I would not rate this as an exceptional venue for the money charged. 1st negative review for me. Have been pleased with many other stays booked through Bookings but I guess there has to be one eventually that I wished I didn't choose. The manager did a good job of getting us transport to cruise terminal but said it was the owners policy regarding the linen situation and he couldn't get the linen without the additional fee.
