Convenient location access to city centre. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff met us upon arrival and provided a detailed introduction of the property.
Parking spaces are really narrow although this is expected beforehand

Many elements good (bed, functional shower, electric heaters), but overall was cold, uninviting, little natural light. We left early, partially because we ran out of things to do in Matsumoto (April).
