上松やさんの人に対しての信頼、愛情をいたるところに感じ、とても味わい深い宿でした。 お部屋で静かに頂けた夕食がとても美味しく上田の食材と料理長の気遣いに感動しましたし、仲居さんのおもてなしにも癒されました。９階別館のお部屋からの朝焼けは本当に美しかったです。朝食も豪華でした。絵画の展示や切り絵、お風呂あがりの読書スペース、味噌スープも良かったです。

参加者の中に誕生日の方がいて 持ち込みでバースデー🎂食後に用意して頂きました。 他の宿泊者がいなくなった遅い時間にも関わらず準備していただき有り難かったです♪。 ケーキのネット注文がうまくいかず心配でしたが何とかなりたびたびのお電話相談にも心良く対応して頂きました事を感謝しています。
クーラーから水が落ちて来て1人が洋服を濡らしてしまいました。 又、お部屋は清潔感ありましたが ベッドの下にライターが落ちていて チェックアウトする時にメモを残しましたが、そこが少し気になりました。
