夕食も朝食も手間暇かけたもので、美味しいうえに目でも楽しめるものでした。
従業員の方の振る舞いに温かさを感じました。
座敷の部屋で座るのに苦労したので、椅子が一脚でもおいてあると、ありがたいです。

The onsen was good and the staff were friendly, attentive, and could speak English.
We were in the second wing, which was a bit of a walk. The overall condition looked slightly dated.

上松やさんの人に対しての信頼、愛情をいたるところに感じ、とても味わい深い宿でした。
お部屋で静かに頂けた夕食がとても美味しく上田の食材と料理長の気遣いに感動しましたし、仲居さんのおもてなしにも癒されました。９階別館のお部屋からの朝焼けは本当に美しかったです。朝食も豪華でした。絵画の展示や切り絵、お風呂あがりの読書スペース、味噌スープも良かったです。
