It was a short minute walk to the train station with a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The beds were super comfortable and it was a really quiet place even though it was near the train station.
It was hard to arrive to the building, as the address listed here was redirecting to another building. So maybe sharing pictures on how the outside building looks or a more accurate direction. Also as it only has stairs it could help if it’s listed that it doesn’t have an elevator, if we have a lot of luggage with us it get hard to climb the stairs with it.

位置很好，Jr大塚站去各大景點都相當方便，四人房很大，朋友一起入住，也可以下廚， 所有的傢俱用品，一應俱全，非常喜歡這間住宿
沒有電梯是唯一美中不足

The location, it's really near to Otsuka station but it's unexpectedly quiet. Near to several nice eateries! Also liked the accomodation although it was slightly smaller than I expected. Also another plus point is when it's cold outside, you can turn on the heater - bathroom also becomes an area to dry your clothes, washing machine was easy to use. The owner was also very responsive.
Advertised that charging sockets are by the bed, but it wasn't working and I had to buy my own extender.

10-15 minute walk to the metro station and shopping (food, pharmacies).
Close to a 7-11 (open late).
Close to a laundromat (24 hours).
No pictures of the exterior on booking.
Owner would not answer calls or text messages.
Very hard to find the property.
No directions on how to enter the building were sent.
No elevator.
Construction/drilling happening on the roof during the early morning and afternoon hours (sporadically). It sounded like the ceiling above the bed was going to fall in. A warning and/or price reduction was a neglected necessity.
Space was not cleaned well upon my arrival (I ran out of soap and toilet paper VERY quickly).
