The location, it's really near to Otsuka station but it's unexpectedly quiet. Near to several nice eateries! Also liked the accomodation although it was slightly smaller than I expected. Also another plus point is when it's cold outside, you can turn on the heater - bathroom also becomes an area to dry your clothes, washing machine was easy to use. The owner was also very responsive.
Advertised that charging sockets are by the bed, but it wasn't working and I had to buy my own extender.

離車站非常近，周邊有便利商店、24小時營業的唐吉訶德 藥妝店跟百貨公司，還有很多不同種類的餐廳
房間採光良好，床跟枕頭非常好睡，家具和裝潢都很新，還有小廚房跟洗衣機，非常方便，浴室水壓很夠，比照片多了一張長桌跟兩張椅子也方便許多
房子位在靜巷內不會太吵，雖然聽得到電車經過的聲音，但關上窗後隔音尚可，不影響休息
房東回訊息很快速，也很樂意解決問題
1.冷氣是老舊的機型，大部分時間使用正常，不過冷氣內部偶爾會發出長達十幾分鐘以上的敲打聲
2.床架沒有組裝好，入住時發現一顆螺絲脫落在地，床架比較搖晃，不過睡了五天是沒有感到危險
3.只有附一支衣架
4.空間很小，我們這次帶的是兩個24寸上掀式行李箱，剛剛好塞進角落的空間，但如果是傳統行李箱會無法攤平

10-15 minute walk to the metro station and shopping (food, pharmacies).
Close to a 7-11 (open late).
Close to a laundromat (24 hours).
No pictures of the exterior on booking.
Owner would not answer calls or text messages.
Very hard to find the property.
No directions on how to enter the building were sent.
No elevator.
Construction/drilling happening on the roof during the early morning and afternoon hours (sporadically). It sounded like the ceiling above the bed was going to fall in. A warning and/or price reduction was a neglected necessity.
Space was not cleaned well upon my arrival (I ran out of soap and toilet paper VERY quickly).
