Comfortable property. Spacious bedroom sleeping 3 with lots of storage. Right on canal for authentic experience. Powerful shower plus bidet. Good kitchen. Nice breakfast bar area plus lounge. Bigger than expected. Clic clac in lounge so could put 3rd person there if you didn’t want to share bedroom all together. Great location for Biennale and St Marks Square, Rialto Bridge etc. Cafes, restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood plus some late night kebab/pizza/drinks options but overall a peaceful location.

The stairs don’t have a rail and the light is at the top. It’s ok if it’s light out and one person goes up to put it on, or someone holds the front door open whilst you go up but when it’s dark and you’re on your own it’s a bit precarious. The fridge wasn’t powerful enough to chill anything and the freezer was frozen solid. The toilet broke during our stay but that can’t be helped. It can feel a little off the beaten track, the street is quite small and off the main drag. There was only one fan for the whole property. In the bedroom alone another would be useful to reach the other side, and another for the lounge.

La localisation bien sûr.

La propreté moyenne :( des vieilles choses au fond des placards sdb, le sol qui rend un peu de crasse quand on passe un sopalin humide... Le mobilier qui devrait être rafraîchi, le grand lit en métal qui couine, le matelas du grand lit à remplacer. Le petit palier encombré d'un seche linge de 60X60 qui gêne l'acces a la porte d'entrée de l'appart. Une assise de toilette qui n'est pas adapté au toilette elle même . Peu d'investissement dans ce logement. Faute d'accueil physique, des conditions d'accés et de communication par des systèmes en cascade imposant d'être en permanence connecté pour repondre à tout . Des réponses farfelues du type les ordures sont a poser en centre de collecte à 3 km ( proche gare ) La garde des bagages au départ " non nous ne pouvons pas ( ! ) il y a des casiers dans le quartier ...ce qui est faux . Bref pour une nuit de dépannage ça va , mais vu le prix ( qui est bien là lui ) et le confort, pas plus . Il y a bien mieux au même prix dans le même quartier.

Appartamento pulito con l‘essenziale utile per la nostra permanenza. Istruzioni chiare e precise, ottima comunicazione con l‘host. Zona tranquilla. Ho dormito bene e anche nostro figlio.

Unica piccola nota che a me non ha disturbato ma mio marito continuava a farmelo notare era la tazza del wc un po‘ „rotta/traballante“ che si spostava. Può essere che nei giorni di carnevale gli ospiti precedenti l‘abbiano resa così e non ci sia stato il tempo per cambiarla. A me non ha disturbato, il bagno era pulito come tutto l’appartamento.
