Unforgettable attic with balcony in Borjomi

- The attic room was quaint and delightful. The style was lovely, it was spotlessly clean, and had everything you needed in the kitchen. It was super quiet at night for sleeping. The real star was the balcony, which we made full use of. I suggest getting a really good pizza from Cafe Semolina for dinner and eating it on the balcony with the views. You have your own entrance separate to the house for total privacy. - Host family was lovely. Check-in was easy. They made sure we had space for parking ahead of time. - Location was great, a short walk to anywhere in Borjomi.

The bathroom is more like a wetroom, with the shower & toilet in one space. It makes sense given the space they have & certainly not a deal breaker but not ideal for longer stays.

We loved the view and the host was super nice. The space is comfortable and very clean.

No outlets close to the bed

Family couldn’t of been more helpful- warm welcoming and great suggestions. The location is a short walk to restaurants and the Central Park where the sulphur baths are located. Balcony is good to see the sun set over the mountains.

Be mindful on the size of car if you bring one as the road is quite narrow. The property itself has private parking which fits 2 cars.

The host Natia was charming and very hepful, greeting me with home baked pastries when I arrived. The attic - more of spacious alpine-like loft had a huge bed (probably king-sized rather than double), kitchen bar, ensuite and balcony overlooking the old town. It's a short 10 minute walk to the river and the botanic park which contains the famous Tsar's pool. But it's a much steeper climb back up again!

This complaint is my own fault. I hadn't realised this is a self contained AirBnB, rather than a guest house. And Natia only takes cash, not card. This caused a problem (mainly through mistranslation!) when I arrived much later than expected after a tiring drive to the mountains. But I was able to arrange to pay Natia the the Georgian cash after visiting an ATM the next morning. The other thing I should warn visitors about is that it's pretty hard to find through the narrow twisting streets. But this might just be a failure of Google Maps.
