Personale gentilissimo, non ci hanno fatto mancare niente. La struttura è ottima, pulitissima e in una zona molto tranquilla a 15 minuti da Tiburtina.

Appartamento curato e pulitissimo. Metro molto vicina. Accoglienza garbata e gentile. Dotato di cucina e lavatrice.

Accomodation is comfortable and sufficient for family of four, all amenities included..will definitely recommend for family with kids, there are parks very close by. This place is nearby metro and bus stations which makes it easier to move about to the center or other locations. Transport system is wonderful which helps a lot in exploring the city. The hosts were very polite and kind and they have equipped the apartment with everything thats is needed to make our stay feel like home.

The apartments is newly renovated and clean inside. It is also nicely furnished. The host were friendly and gave us a good explanation about everything, which we appreciated.

There were several issues that affected our stay. We were advised to use a farther metro station (15-20 minutes on foot) because the closer one is supposedly unsafe (with not so many people in the dark) - this was inconvenient especially with children. The neighborhood itself is not very appealing. The terrace constantly smelled of dog feces from the neighbor's yard, their dogs barked loudly every morning at 6AM, disturbing our sleep. On top of that, neighbor's kid repeatedly threw dirty toys onto our terrace, which was unpleasant and made it hard to enjoy the outdoor space. The bed on the platform was comfortable but not safe for kids, and the sofa was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, guests should be very careful with the key, if you leave it in the door it locks from the outside and can not be open without help. We accidentally left the key on the door, and the hosts charged us 100 € to unlock it, which felt unfair and excessive.
