Tiburtina FLAM guest house

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. We loved our stay here. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is quiet and dark with shutters down. We didn't use the kitchen as we like to eat out but it looked well equipped. The bathroom was a good size & the washing machine came in very handy. The large balcony is fab and we spent time there when not out and about. The location was perfect for us as the transport links are great, and there are so many great places to eat, as well as lots of supermarkets. The neighbours were friendly, as were the locals. We absolutely loved Velia Bistrot which is a few minutes walk away and would highly recommend. We will definitely try to book this apartment next time we are in Rome.

Lo mejor es que es un apartamento completo en roma por un precio buenísimo. La cama es muy cómoda y tienes plancha y lavadora, que prácticamente en ningún sitio lo ofrecen. Además, Tiziana estuvo muy atenta a todo lo que necesitásemos. La zona es un barrio obrero a las afueras, pero se aparca sin pagar y sin problema, y tiene la estación de Tiburtina a 5 min andando, desde donde puedes coger metro o bus para llegar a cualquier parte de Roma. Si viajas en coche es una zona y apartamento ideales.

The best part about living in an apartment with a kitchen is that we could pick up the amazing supermarket produce and put together a meal. There are restaurants around and the Quinitliani metro station is around a 7 minute walk away. The property was VERY VERY clean. The host went out of her way to even offer her husband and son to pick us up from the station since we got in late since our taxi cancelled on us. Since we landed on Christmas Day when everything is shut, she even bought bread and eggs so we had something to eat the next morning. We were there Dec 25-Jan 4.

We are not accustomed to the cold, especially as we were travelling from India. As per the apartment rules, the radiator/heater turns off at 11:00 pm or so and it did get quite chilly after that. We were able to manage by using the AC in the living room and turning on the heating, which helped. It would have been more comfortable if the bedroom had an AC/heating option as well.

Location was great and apartment could not have been better
