LA UBICACIÓN A 10 MINUTOS CAMINANDO TIBURTINA. BUEN BARRIO COMERCIO SEGURO BONITO BUEN AMBIENTE

Le quartier animé où on vit comme les Italiens, la proximité de 2 stations de métro et de 2 supermarchés, le standing de l'immeuble, l'existence de 2 salles de bains avec toilette et bidet, la douche à l'italienne, le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge, les 2 lits doubles, chacun dans une chambre, le grand salon, les espaces de rangement plus que suffisants, le balcon, les quelques jeux de société, le Wi-Fi qui fonctionne bien, l'existence d'un ascenseur dans l'immeuble.
Le canapé-lit du salon n'était pas du tout confortable. L'interphone clignote en vert 24h/24 (pénible la nuit). Le code d'entrée de la résidence côté rue marche 1 fois sur 3. Il existe pourtant un autre code que nous a donné un résident. A part ceci, super appartement.

La posizione e'ottima, vicino a negozi , bar, stazione ferroviaria.
Purtroppo ho trovato l appartamento molto sporco. il pavimenyo non era stato pulito .
