Everything was great—the room was clean, the location was nice, and there’s a bus stop nearby that will take you to the subway in 5 minutes. The room has an iron, a hair dryer, and all the kitchen utensils and dishes you need. Thank you especially for cleaning every day.
There's also a supermarket nearby, so you can buy groceries there
The air conditioner wasn't working very well, so it was pretty hot in the evening during the heat wave, but the room cooled down at night and was comfortable. Also, the stove only heats the frying pan, so if you want to boil water in a pot, for example, it won't work, but we managed just fine without it.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, making everything smooth and hassle-free.
The AC didn’t work well during Rome’s summer heat, which was disappointing. For the price, we expected better. The plastic kettle also felt low quality—a stainless steel one would have been more appropriate.

Удобное расположение в 15 минутах пешком от станции Тибуртина. Лофт находится в небольшом проулке на первом этаже жилого дома. Рядом есть супермаркет, много разных заведений общепита. В лофте есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания и приготовления пищи. Хороший WiFi. У этих апартаментов замечательный администратор Жан Франко, который быстро отвечает на все вопросы.
Бывает немного шумновато от хлопающих на входе в соседний подъезд дверей и громких соседей за стенкой. Но это обычная проблема для крупных городов.

Easy to get the keys upon arrival. The host was quick to answer, no problems.
Place was tidy for a last-minute 1 night stay.
A lot of noise could be heard in the evening, possibly coming from nearby apartments.
On the other hand, noise could be heard constantly in the evening and morning hours of doors opening and being shut down hard, which made it very hard to have a good rest. It is definitely not sound proof.
Not a touristic area.
Relatively close to the Tiburtina station (15min walk).
