Curățenie, aer condiționat în toate camerele, 2 paturi duble, 2 canapele, 2 băi, bucătărie utilată complet, mașina de spălat, tot ce aveți nevoie, inclusiv mașina de călcat și uscătoare de păr, cafea etc, efectiv orice. E la 10 minute pe jos de stația tirbutina care are legătură cu toate mijloacele de transport. Ajungeți oriunde. Lidl la 20 min pe jos. Proprietara este cea mai drăguță persoană. Recomand cu drag!!!

La posizione è molto comoda , vicino alla stazione della metro e dei treni . L’a coglie da che ci hanno riservato ottima e i proprietari super disponibili e gentili , per qualsiasi cosa sono pronti ad aiutarti . Appartamento grande e funzionale , in quattro ci si muove molto facilmente . Ottimo

Less than 15 minute walk to the train station. Metro is inside the train station. So very convenient for transportation. Beds were comfortable and we loved all the little balconies it had. Air conditioning (3 mini splits) were in main living room with the couch and the 2 bedrooms and worked great. There were moku pots to brew espresso in and delicious coffee was provided. Location was near many restaurants and there was a super market quite close. Highly advise getting groceries if you like soda wine or beer it is super cheap at the "supermercato." We highly recommend staying here and would consider it again if we return to Roma.

The air conditioning was not on upon arrival and we were quite hot from our journey. There was a heat wave going on and while it would have been nice to come in to an already cooled down apartment, I will say that it cooled down quite quickly so it really wasnt a big issue for us but maybe something the host may consider doing in the future. Even if it's just turned on 30 minutes before arrival I think it would make it much more pleasant for guests when they arrive.

Die Unterkunft hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.

Im Kühlschrank befand sich Schimmel als wir angekommen sind, zudem war in einem Bad der Abfluss vom Waschbecken verstopft, somit ist das Wasser nur sehr langsam abgeflossen. Die Küchenutensilien waren leider dreckig und nicht sauber. Auf dem einen Bett befand sich ein Harr. Außerdem war Schimmel an der Wand von dem 2 Bad
