Less than 15 minute walk to the train station. Metro is inside the train station. So very convenient for transportation. Beds were comfortable and we loved all the little balconies it had. Air conditioning (3 mini splits) were in main living room with the couch and the 2 bedrooms and worked great. There were moku pots to brew espresso in and delicious coffee was provided. Location was near many restaurants and there was a super market quite close. Highly advise getting groceries if you like soda wine or beer it is super cheap at the "supermercato." We highly recommend staying here and would consider it again if we return to Roma.

The air conditioning was not on upon arrival and we were quite hot from our journey. There was a heat wave going on and while it would have been nice to come in to an already cooled down apartment, I will say that it cooled down quite quickly so it really wasnt a big issue for us but maybe something the host may consider doing in the future. Even if it's just turned on 30 minutes before arrival I think it would make it much more pleasant for guests when they arrive.

💛 very beautiful apartment with big free parking place behind (3 mins to walk). Very big and pleasant living room with comfortable sofa, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only 15 mins to walk from Tiburtina Rail Station, there are lots of small grocery stores around and bigger ones, 5 mins from nice Monaco Coffe Bar. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and even fof baking. 🩵 The host is always gentile and available via W-app. ❤️ Love this apartment and will book it for sure for my next trip to Rome!!! 😘

This is the second time we have rented this apartment, so it's obvious we've liked it very much. Easy to reach from Fiumicino airport by direct trains to Tiburtina train station (50 minutes) + short walk on foot (15-20 minutes) if you don't want to take a taxi. Tiburtina metro station is a 15-20 minutes walk away if using the long corridor of Tiburtina train station. A lot of various shops (including a big supermarket - MA chain) at a walking distance. Quiet, spacious and clean apartment with all necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom that make your life very comfortable. A secluded free car parking available nearby. Excellent interaction with the owner; as we came rather lately, he has even offered us a free pizza at a pizzeria in the neighbourhood.
