Come a Casa

L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile: Stefano si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento, facendoci sentire ospiti e non semplici clienti. Ci ha accolti di persona, ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per visitare Roma e ci ha fatto trovare anche una piacevole sorpresa di benvenuto, un dettaglio che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. L'appartamento è molto confortevole, arredato con cura, perfettamente pulito e completo di tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere qualche giorno senza doversi preoccupare di nulla. Si percepisce l'attenzione dedicata alla gestione della casa. La posizione è strategica: in una zona tranquilla, ma con collegamenti eccellenti grazie alla vicinanza della stazione Tiburtina, della metropolitana e delle fermate degli autobus. Inoltre, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano supermercati, bar, panifici, farmacie e numerosi altri servizi, che rendono tutto ancora più comodo. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma, sarebbe sicuramente una delle prime soluzioni che prenderemmo nuovamente in considerazione. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment was super comfy. It seriously had everything you'd need for a short stay. The beds were spotless, and the whole place was just incredibly clean. Having air conditioning in every room (even the lobby!) was a godsend in Rome's hot weather. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside, and a convenience store is literally just ten steps across the street. They even thought of the little things that make a big difference, like rubber bands for chip bags or power converters. The kitchen was totally decked out too. Stefano greeted us personally with a nice sweet surprise and calmly explained everything about the apartment and what was cool to see nearby. But the best part of our stay was that we had Stefano as our host. He's just so thoughtful, friendly, and a really great host! Before we even got there, Stefano kindly asked about our bed preferences and had everything set up. He also hooked us up with a big van for our group of five and kept in touch from the moment we landed in Rome until we arrived at the apartment.

Excellent property! Very clean and well-organized. 3 spacious beautiful bedrooms and 2 sparkling clean bathrooms. The place felt like home. Convenient location right next to bus 62 which takes you to the city center, as well as 2 metro stations, one of which (Triburtina) is also a train station. Many coffee shops, bars, restaurants within very short walking distance, nice and quiet area away from the craziness of the historic center yet easily accessible. Stefano our host met us at the apartment and allowed us to check in earlier since we arrived before the usual check-in time. His wife baked us a delicious welcome cake! Stefano was very helpful throughout our stay and provided us great advice on some of the local eating places. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

По-друге, апартаменти дуже великі: Три окремі кімнати, кухня, дві ванні кімнати, в кожній кімнаті - телевізор та кондиціонер, на кухні - мікрохвильова піч, чайник, кавомашина, капсули, багато посуду для приготування та сервирування, неймовірної якості рушники! По-третє, нам сподобалося розташування: в пішій доступності метро та залізничний вокзал (прямий потяг в аеропорт), поруч продуктовий магазин, бар та кондитерські.
